First, we have big news for the 2017 season. As many of you know, we ran out of space for expansion a few years ago and although we have been operating at maximum capacity, we have not been keeping up with demand, especially with larger order sizes. After 6 years of saving up capital and learning how to be the best hot pepper supplier in the US, we have purchased a bigger farm.
We have planted the seeds for 2017 and though we are not going to expand to 100% of our new farm this year we will be expanding production. We will have more varieties and more quantity this year and should be able to partner with more industry leaders. Our list of varieties has been finalized, check out what we will be growing below:
