Hello everyone,
We are please to announce the 2018 grow list. We have combed through our seed collection and have made final decisions on the peppers we will be growing this year. Our list of varieties has expanded but not all varieties will be available in fresh pepper form this Summer. Some peppers on the list will only be available as live plants in the Spring, and a few varieties are only being grown for research or seed stock. Usually, if you really want to try something outside of our main crop we can arrange it during the season, so drop us a line.
Our main goal this year is to increase the amount of dried peppers and powders we are able to produce. Our total plant numbers will increase slightly overall, but some varieties will have larger or smaller plantings in comparison to last year to help us meet the demand for off-season dried pepper products.
