Wholesale Customer Onboarding

Hello everyone,

 

    We have reached the point in the year where we are ready to start planning for the 2021 fresh pepper season. For all of our customers who were not able to sign up for a wholesale account in 2020, now is the time to get your account established for next season. Onboarding new wholesale customers during the winter is important so that we can plan our crop sizes appropriately. If you are already a wholesale customer you do not need to create an account but we would still love to hear from you with your estimated needs for next season. 

     In order to establish your account, you can go to our website and create an account (if you have not already), once you have provided responses to the onboarding questions below we will upgrade your account to a wholesale account. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the account is set up correctly. Though we do not have any strict purchase requirements for wholesale accounts, we reserve the right to downgrade your account if you purchase less than 50lbs of fresh peppers during the season. Large orders for new customers may require a deposit, which will be fully refundable and will be applied towards your first purchase. We will determine deposit amount on a case by case basis depending on size and variety. 

    There is no cost or contract required for wholesale accounts, simply respond to this email with the follow information by Jan 15th, 2021.

    We are hoping to start next season earlier with the addition of some new greenhouses. This season should start earlier than August with some wholesale availability of certain varieties. We plan to continue to invest in greenhouses over the next few years and eventually have all varieties available June through December. We are also planning to offer contract grows with guaranteed availability in the coming seasons.
